HOW TO PAY
You may choose the way of payment which is most convenient to you: you can pay by cash or via money transfer.
Usually we ask for an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the estimated cost of work, and you pay the rest upon the acceptance of performed work. In the event the estimated cost of translation is small or the customer provides us with a guarantee letter written on his/her organization’s letterhead, which confirms the customer’s willingness to pay 100% of services to be rendered, the advance payment is not required.
PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR PHYSICAL ENTITIES:
- by cash: in Russian roubles or in conventional units (euros or US dollars). One currency is converted into other currencies at the current exchange rate established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
- via the Savings Bank (Sberbank): we send you a payment order form that already contains our bank essential elements; you may use this form to make a payment at any Savings Bank branch or any other bank that accept payments from physical entities. (Upon acceptance of payment the bank will charge you a fee for its services in addition to the cost of translation. For example, the Savings Bank’s fee amounts to 3% of the total payment.)
- via money transfer (for customers outside Russia): MoneyGram, Western Union, Contact, UNIStream, etc. Payments are accepted in Russian roubles, euros and US dollars.
